Our second visit to Manchale was excellent in every respect. The food is outstanding and very authentic...we ordered the samosa chaat, a selection of tandoori dishes and several curries...all delicious. Service is terrific and the owner, Gaurav is a wonderful host. Highly recommended!!
We had a wonderful dinner at Manchale! The food was incredibly authentic and bursting with flavor. We ordered Rogan Josh, Chicken Tikka Masala, Dal Makhani, Dum Aloo, Basmati Rice, and Garlic Naan. The curries were outstanding, featuring smooth sauces, tender meat, and just the right amount of spice. The Dal Makhani was exceptional—comparable to what you'd find in the finest restaurants in Delhi! We also loved the garlic naan, and the quality of the basmati rice was remarkable. The owner even came by to check on us and shared his background and aspirations for the restaurant—it was a fascinating conversation! Parker Square has been a challenging location for restaurants, and Manchale truly deserves your support. You won't be disappointed!
My husband and I made reservations for a Saturday night via OpenTable. The decor was bright and modern, creating a pleasant ambiance. The owner, who also served as our waiter, was friendly and welcoming, offering valuable suggestions for our food choices since we were new to the cuisine. To our surprise, there was only one other couple dining at the time. It seems that running a restaurant in Parker Square, Flower Mound, is quite challenging, even though this place deserves high praise in every aspect. If you enjoy excellent Indian food or want to try something different in a tranquil and stylish setting with outstanding service and no wait, this is the perfect spot for you.

If you're looking for an excellent Indian dining experience or want to try something new in a quiet and tasteful setting—complete with great service and no long waits—this is definitely the place for you.
The naan was incredibly generous; we were three people and ended up ordering three rounds! We had so much naan that we didn’t know what to do with it all. The regular basmati rice alongside it was excellently cooked. Service posed a few challenges, particularly with a 10% tip appearing unexpectedly during our first visit. The staff was attentive, and our host did his best to make our dining experience enjoyable. They accidentally spilled a drink on my wife's table, but she received a second refill without issue. Plus, we got extra naan while we were waiting. One of us was missing a napkin, but these were minor inconveniences that didn’t detract from our enjoyment. We liked the food and the host enough that we're interested in exploring the menu further. The restaurant is located in Parker Square in Flower Mound, so parking wasn't an issue. However, with a capacity of 15, the noise level was quite noticeable, especially with a large party (around 10 people) present. The concrete floors, industrial decor, and open walls contributed to a loud atmosphere that made conversation difficult—definitely not the place for a quiet evening. If you’re looking for a peaceful dinner, you might want to stay home.
