1:30 for a late lunch. The pictures of the food looked brilliant, so I was drawn in. Quickly missed and quickly drunk and tempted ordered. Ordered the shrimp and Fajitas plate. The locals continued to come in and sit. So should be a good lunch. My Fajita and shrimp plate were very good. The meat was cut thin, which I like and was delicious and delicate. The shrimps were spicy and very good. The waitress was not very friendly or personal. I'm enjoying my meal and I'm going to visit again.

Looks like the interior has been refreshed since we were back a few years, but the food remains the same big Tex mex. Service a little slow and the Choco Flan was not as delicious as the picture promised.
Good food, prices, and service. Next time I'm getting the mini Tacos Asada, all that for $6! Less than the Texas Plate.
This is our favorite Tex-Mex restaurant in Floresville, although you could get an argument from others supporting Angelica's, Matas and Los Lagunas. Jalisco's is downtown on Court House Square, just across the street from Floresville's peanut statue. A large selection of dishes ranging from crunchy tacos to more traditional tacos including carne guisada, lingua and tripas. Meals start at $5.99 (enchiladas queso) and top out at about $10.99, with most under 9. Nothing fancy, just large portions of comfort food. Fresh tortillas, corn or flour, hot and soft. A favorite for families and working folk.
It 's my go to place in Floresville. The number one reason is because it has the best iced tea around. I drink unsweetened tea and most places let it sit too long and get old. At Jalisco, it is fresh any hour of the day or night. Food is always great!
