What User doesn't like about Subway:
Tonight, I ordered three sandwiches, all of which were supposed to be six inches, but one ended up being a foot long. Unfortunately, two of the three sandwiches were prepared incorrectly, and they completely forgot to include the drinks and chips. This is the third time I've encountered issues with this restaurant, and there definitely won't be a fourth. I also attempted to call, but no one answered. View all feedback. This is by far the best SubWay in Florence.I have ordered from here at least three times a month for around two years. I have never been disappointed and have used the online order and face to face.The staff are always polite, patient, and is crazy speedy. Great team work!You cant expect perfection everytime but I honestly know that if I order from them it will be perfected, fresh, and precise. Great job guys! View all feedback.

Radio needs to be turned down. So loud they couldn't hear my order. Excellent sandwich. Fresh bread and ingredients.
