Fantastic experience during Covid at this great little restaurant. The manager came out to speak with us and to tell us that they were shortstaffed but that we would be served as soon as possible. We were very pleased with the food and the salsa and the cheese dip. Great service and great atmosphere. Signs everywhere to encourage distancing- so much so we made a little joke about it. The food was really good, the waiter did a great job, and it was a pleasant atmosphere. I'm not sure what caused it, but water was dripping down from the ceiling down onto our table while we were trying to eat. View all feedback.

Excellent staff and food. Never a problem when my teens and I go there. Very quick with drinks and refills. The food is very hot and the staff warns you that the plates are very hot. I would recommend this place to everyone to try it out. You'll be happy and satisfied.
Food is fresh and hot. Had the Fajita Hawaiian tonite. Grilled pineapples are a great compliment on a fajita. Huge portions, enough for 2 people easily. Always good service and food comes out quick. Best mexican food in Florence
This place is absolutely stellar. We have been visiting La Hacienda in Florence AL for 20+ years and still delicious food, very nice folks, always checking on you to make sure you have chips and salsa etc... Last nights food was sooo delicious. I ordered the Fajita Jalisco and my Larry chicken and rice we also had Cheese Dip and had to get to go plates cause absolutely not leaving this food its just tooooo good. We also NOTICED a rating of 94 as we were checking out. So cannot wait till we go back. Also TVS to watch as we watched the IRON BOWL!!
Have always had great experience there but the last trip our food wasn't cooked long enough. That has been the first and only complaint I have had with them which it happens but more good experience than bad. Service was awesome..like always
