I placed an order in the drive thru line for (2) 3 piece dinner. My fries were cold, my fish had black spots cooked on it. There was no tater sauce for either dinner. View all feedback.

Poor food, poor service, and extremely poor quality. Drive through is a joke and placing an online order is not even worth it for having to reorder everything again that they don't have. It is truly one of my most disappointing food experiences
They did not give any condiments with the dinner and also forgot to put the apple pie in the bag had to go back for the
Save your time and money and go somewhere else. Spent half an hour, literally, in the drive thru line with only 2 cars in front of us. Finally received food and it was wrong. Paid extra to have Mac cheese as a side, didn’t get it, no utensils, I ordered the 10 piece butterfly shrimp, received 9, there was no way we were turning back and wasting more time with them. I thought the lake city location was a little slow but they have nothing on this place, we will never go to this location again.
