After a stay in a 5 star hotel in roma completely disappointing, the minerva grand hotel was a wonderful discovery. maybe the room was not the best, but the cleaning, the view, the staff and the interior of the hotel, not to mention the beautiful roof made us so happy that it didn't matter. the location is strategic, central, near the station, but still far from the chaos. absolutely recommended

The hotel is ideally located right next to the basilica of Santa maria novella in one of the most beautiful squares of Florence and 5 minutes from the homonymous railway station. recently renovated, the rooms are quite simple but comfortable and functional. the staff is very courteous.

In the center of the city, very cozy and elegant. nice congress area and nice restaurant. customers can park the car in front of the hotel in Piazza santa maria novella despite the area ztl.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location with great care in the details of .ma furniture could improve. too hot in the room and in the common spaces. the restaurant must definitely be improved for what concerns the menu and the quality
