The food at this restaurant was incredibly tasty! We tried the teicherei käse dosa and rava masala dosa, both of which were delicious. The owners and staff were very friendly and accommodating, offering us recommendations and making sure we had a great dining experience. They even customized the dosas for us as we were sharing. Although it was our first visit, we will definitely be returning in the future. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Hillside Dosa Hutt:
They prepare all the dishes fresh while you wait and the wait is never very long. They are attentive to dietary restrictions like gluten. Even if you are not familiar with Indian cuisine, they are always happy to explain the different dishes. I have been here about 10 times already and the food is always delicious. It may not be fancy, but it is definitely unique. View all feedback.
Dosas are good, so does their service. I will recommend this place to everyone. they have so many Dosa options.
The best VGF-dosa I ever had! I wasn't even really excited to come here as I didsa did not love in the past, but was so hungry that I said that when my man asked and young I am glad! was very tasty, many wgf options every masala dosa. excellent diving sauce. huge portions. and the friendlyest staff of all time! and very clean facility, which is hard to find in nyc for fast food imo anyway. I will be back and regular!
Best Indian food in the opposite. it is a vegetarian restaurant, but there are many great vegan options. absolutely delicious! puts the level of spiciness as they ask. the prices are very reasonable.
About a year ago dragged into this opposite, and there is a heavy Indian population and a handful of vegetarian restaurants. I was less than excited with eating in them and the vegan options until I found dosa hat. with distance the best dosas in the opposite, and the owner and the employees understand veganism. the menu is limited, but everything I had was great. apropos owners, shows that he loves to eat, and takes care of the quality of his South Indian cuisine. as at most places are the dosas cheap, updated by previous review on 2015-08-12
When a facility is run by owner, it’s just the next level.I have been going to this place for over 5 years and every time I am amazed at how humble the owner is.5 star place
