Spavens Sweet Shop - Flintshire

This restaurant is fantastic. The display of traditional sweets as you enter is a sight to behold. It's sure to bring out the inner child in you! The ice cream is superb with delicious flavors. It's definitely a place worth visiting with kids or as an adult for a nostalgic trip down memory lane.

The dessert options at this restaurant are fantastic. I enjoyed bringing my dad along, as he was overwhelmed by the choices. I always make sure to get my favorite treat, the licorice and banana monkeys.

This restaurant is a wonderful spot for any type of event. They offer a variety of snacks including slushes, ice cream, and crepes. Additionally, they provide the opportunity to paint wood objects for same-day take-home or paint ceramics that can be sent off to get glazed and returned in a week. It's a great place for a party or just a fun outing.

Booked a table here as a surprise for my husband on his birthday as he is a big kid at heart. Had pancakes and icecream. Absolutely delicious and really spoilt for choice. Hot chocolate like a dessert too. Still managed to find room for a bag of sweets . For people of a certain age it is like re visiting your youth. Cola cubes and sour apples certainly a blast from the past. Great for kids young and old.

Great family run sweet shop with an old fashioned feel (in a good way). Loads of sweets in jars to choose from, homemade fudge and pancakes and ice cream as well as pottery painting and great coffee for the grown ups. Also great for kids and adult parties... Make sure you book if it is holiday time as it is guaranteed to be busy.
