I love everything about Platform One. The food here every time has been amazing. The smoked salmon salad is SO delicious, made fresh and super tasty. The guacamole and chips are crazy good. The chips are homemade and so addictive, you don't want to stop eating them. The eggplant rollatini I had last night was the best I've ever had. New options!. I have lived in Flemington for a long time and it is always the same places and the same kind of food. The decisions here are such a refreshing change. Not only are they freshened daily instead of freezer, but they taste amazing! I had a buffalo chicken pizza here, which was 10 times better than the local pizza place! Instead of being on dough with sauce and oil soup, it was quality food. All you get from the menu is a great choice!!
Great for lunch. If I ever want a good cheese steak, I'll call here. I love it, best lunch in Flemington. I never had a complaint from someone I brought there. Very recommended.
Awesome food. Everything on the menu is fresh and actually cooked to order from all fresh ingredients. Every day they also do lunch specials which are always amazing and never disappointing.
Platform One was recommended to us for the funeral repast for my mother-in-law, and they did a fantastic job! The staff did an excellent job, and the food was great! Highly recommend them!
The best restaurant of my life so far! Worth the two hour drive we had from up north! We are going to come back real soon. You can taste the difference of fresh ingredients. Save room for dessert!
