This is the best Cracker Barrel I 've ever been to. The wait was short, the food was perfectly cooked and to say that our server, Holli, was excellent would be selling her short. She was wearing a 'Rising Star ' apron but she 's the best I 've ever seen anywhere, she should be rocketed past all the stars to the very top. Overall, we were disappointed with the service and felt like they missed out on a large group of customers.
We always have a great experience at The Cracker Barrel Old Country Store. The food is always wonderful. And we never leave without buying something from the store.
I have visited this restaurant multiple times in the past year and a half. While the quality of the carry-out food did not meet the standards of Cracker Barrel, with the chicken and dumplings being cold and jelly-like, they did make up for a forgotten entree on my next visit, which was appreciated. Despite this, all of our dine-in experiences have been wonderful, with fresh and delicious food, particularly the pancakes and chicken. The service has been consistently good, with some servers having more personality than others. The food comes out promptly, even during busy times. Cindy, who I believe is the retail manager, is a sweetheart and I enjoy shopping the store for cute holiday and kids' items.

She was personable, kind, caring and conscientious and treated ALL of her customers like they were family.
Love this place. Food was great and staff were wonderful. Every time I'm in Hendersonville, NC, we stop and eat here.
