We ate well and the staff is very kind!
Summer dinner with friends in this very spartan and rough place as an environment (a canopy along the road that climbs to the futa) but with a wide and well illustrated meat catalog from the owner. So we chose two different steaks to appreciate the differences of breed and nutrition that reflect on the taste of meat. honest prices: two starters, three first, two cutters and two contours (including grilled porcini,) wine of the house and water, neither euro (we were in four, therefore little less than euro per head.) to recommend.
From pako a certainty! exceptional meat to say little. we add artichokes with pecorino cheese, grilled porcini and porcini bruschettes and you did over the top.
Recommended by friends, we did a few extra miles to land in this restaurant: great knowledge of the matter by the chef patron, excellent products, sin in an environment not up to. Good service and all the flavors of the dishes proposed; great experience of pako albeit young. in a more rustic and particular environment, the classic proposals would be the top but, at the same time, innovative of the kitchen.
