The place is characteristic, set in the medieval setting of Finalborgo.. the staff very kind and helpful. the dishes cooked at the moment and with care. a special encomy for pore flour and salt cakes that are part of the mixed appetizer.

In search of a small place to eat with typical Ligurian cuisine in the middle of the week, following the advice of an acquaintance, we choose this tavern hidden between the alleys of finalborgo. small room, wooden tables with paper table, menu of the day written on a board that unfortunately changes during, when from the beginning you had chosen the dessert and instead the cake pears and chocolate is erased and replaced by another. taste of mixed appetizer of the house, consisting of two types of flour and various Ligurian salt cakes, all good but very satiating, as well as tomino with pepper and anchovy. to follow for us, gnocchi al pesto (ottimi), fried anchovies and rabbit to the Liguria, the latter little browned. to finish, ricotta tart with apple and cinnamon (if I remember well) that arrived with so much of lit candle, since it was my birthday and also of the lady of the nearby table. courtesy to the top but the coffee does not do it and touch to take it from another side.
