Stopped into Subway on our way home for a bit to eat. Incredible staff! So friendly and fun to visit with. Very clean and inviting to sit and visit with your family/friends and the staff (if they are helping someone else). The food well it is always good at Subway. God Bless View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
This fernie location is nice and small with good staff. We enjoyed a sit in lunch or could have eaten outside. Beautiful views and a good soup and sandwich. Good place for quick eats View all feedback.
It tries to post for the Cranbrook BC site and we were also there and they are consistently good .. but I went to the Kimberley BC store last and that's where my review is for this time. After some bad visits in recent months, this was the best underground experience in the awhile, large portions when I said many pimples, olives etc. They definitely gave it to me. Thank you for making it!
Ordered online, and they forgot to add the meat portion to one of my salads, I had not noticed. The staff called a few minutes after my meal. And when I came back to repair my order, they made a new stack. I live out of town so the fact that she immediately called and corrected the problem was fantastic! Great customer service!! Thank you.
No complaints about the product as a subway; You know what to expect and you can also adjust it as you like it. What surprised me is how friendly the service was, the employee was actually trying to make a good service and a job well done.
Very good subs take their time when they patient and friendly!
