Haven't been here in years. Thought it was so/so back then but loved the city vibe. But then, a group of friends decided to meet there for dinner this evening. So glad we did! Service was wonderful. The new owner came over and introduced herself. They took over from the retiring owners this past August. The food was fresh, delicious and portions were generous. Calimari appetizer was to die for! Was looking forward to having a girls dinner here. We have never felt more rushed or unwelcome in a restaurant. Our bread, appetizers, and entrees all came out in 20 minutes flat and they started reaching around us to clean up 40 minutes before closing. View all feedback.
The best restaurant in Ferndale and Top Ten in Southeast Michigan. Consistently good food, service and atmosphere. Great for a special occasion or a last minute decision to go for a good meal. For years this place has maintained high standards of large menu choices and fantastic staff. JUST GO! :
It's my favorite place to go. A wonderfully comfortable atmosphere. A charming couple who owns the place. The food is notch. A great wine card. It's really my way to meet with friends and family. You should go.
The best gnocchi I've ever had. It was like a little heaven. Aubergine removal was also amazing.
So beautiful and relaxing restaurant. My friends favorite, so I reserve a table for several of us for his birthday dinner. Food was delicious, owner and staff was amazing and it was perfect sitting outside to celebrate his birthday. I fell in love here!
Absolutely loved it! Beautiful patio, great service, amazing food. I would highly recommend it!
