Quanjude Sydney - Feock United Kingdom

Took the family out to try Quanjude. Have heard lots of good things about their peking duck, so was keen to try it.<br/ <br/ From the yum cha menu we tried: Pot stickers, Salt and pepper calamari, Tofu century egg, Chilli chicken, Prawn dumpling, Scallop dumpling, Vegetables, Dried noodle with beef, and Egg custard bun. I couldn't really fault any of the yum cha dishes quality ingredients and full if flavour. The pot stickers were my favourite.<br/ <br/ Now for the main course... The Signature Peking Duck was $88 and consisted of 3 courses. The first was my fave and consisted of skin sugar. The staff told me to eat it straight away and skip the photos it did not disappoint and was crispy and flavoursome. The second course consisted of the duck meat pancakes with traditional condiments). I loved how delicately sliced each piece of duck was tp provide a good ratio of meat to skin. The third course was the duck soup with veggies. Overall I found that this duck contained very little fat compared to other peking duck places I think its because they hang the ducks to dry so the fat drips out and you are left with flavour). <br/ <br/ Other dishes I tried include: Deep fried barramundi whole fish that has had the bones removed), Slow braised pork belly, Seafood hot and sour soup and Quanjude fried rice. <br/ <br/ The venue was centrally located at World Square, Sydney. Plenty of seating for groups and families, as well as some smaller rooms for privacy. Overall, this is a great venue for family or friends. The food is good quality and service was attentive. Will definitely be back for the duck!.

Amidst the chaos of the COVID 19 outbreak it saddens me to see the fall of businesses especially Chinese restaurants. I will definitely be back to try more of their large menu! ⁣

Quan Jude is known for their Peking Duck which originated back in 1864. Renown for its Peking Duck high quality fine Chinese food, @quanjudesydney is a well established eatery from China. Here I got to savour the plumpest and most amazing crab

The place has a really nice ambience, traditional chinese, the staff are very friendly and foods are absolutely amazing. Would recommend the sweet and sour barramundi, XO PIPI and the pecking duck. Would definitely go back to Quanjude. 10/10 experience for me
