From the perception where burgers are unhealthy this can be a treat for burger lovers who want a cheat bite without the guilt ! Ive ordered from grilld so many times before and I always get the summer sunset. Today it was just disgusting. The patty was cold, the low carb bun was over cooked, the assembly of the burger was so different than normal and tasted horrible. The bacon was over cooked. The potato chips were over cooked. Not sure what happened but the meal was an absolute disappointment. View all feedback.
Sir Truffle burger and zucchini chips are so good! Just need to request for less salt on chips when I order but that’s just my taste preference. Friendly service too.
Burgers are delicious and staff are always friendly! Gets a bit chilli of a winter if you’re outside but other than that it’s great! Always my go to before the movies
Caesar's palace is definitely their best burger. Kind service, not stingy with the sauce unlike some other grill'd outlets. Good like any other grill'd there is!
I had the wagu wonder really delicious but may have been more delicious because of been up for 24 hours at true grit enduro. <br/ <br/ Quite busy so food was super fresh. <br/ <br/ Loved it
Good food and polite service, even during the busy periods. Whether we order for take away or dine in, the quality and presentation of the food is always consistent something that Parramatta (both Westfield and church street) and Penrith branches seem to struggle with. The customer service is always top notch, and the tables are promptly, making the turnaround time very quick even when it's peak lunch or dinner hour. Online ordering also makes it so much easier get our meal and eat it in the comfort of home rather than the busy atmosphere of Rouse Hill (particularly during weekends and school holidays when younger kids are running a muck)
