Went during Seattle restaurant week and the owner let us dine in (not typically available) and she served us herself was super friendly and fast in the kitchen. We were both new to this food genre and she was very informational and helpful with her suggestions. We both were super amazed by the flavors and textures. Really great experience. View all feedback.
We tried this on a whim and will now be adding it to our list of dinner spots! Order ahead because the wait time was a little long, but the food and service was completely worth it.Also, portions are big so you get your moneys worth.
Omg, soooo delicious! Mostly gluten free options! Inside is cute hole in the wall style. Definitely worth traveling for.Dietary restrictions: Mostly gluten free options!
Had the most amazing first visit here! We had the pleasure of meeting the owner, Theary. She navigated us through her menu and suggested a few items. We ended up getting the combination plate, a sandwich from a secret menu and the fried fresh fruit for dessert. Everything was delicious! Full of flavor and texture but i do have to say the sandwich was my favorite. It had layers of sweetness, acidity and lots of crunch which is a must for me on any sandwich and at the same time they were completely different flavors that my taste buds hadn't experienced. If you're tired of the same old federal way food and are looking for some bold flavors this place is a must.
I'm so glad we stopped by! My partner is Cambodian and it's not often we find authentic Khmer food so we had to try it. We ordered the boneless stuffed chicken wings and beef skewers, all absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection with authentic Khmer flavor. The owner of this restaurant was incredibly kind and friendly. Overall, a fantastic experience and we will return whenever we are in the area.Ps. Google page states that this restaurant is cash only, but cards are accepted. Just FYI :
Authentic Cambodian food is pretty hard to come by and this place is so incredible. I sat in an hour and a half of traffic to get here and while I was grumbling on the way down, it definitely was worth the trek. The spot is takeout only, and I probably would recommend ordering online beforehand through their website. Cambodian food is a true labor of love as it is super labor and time intensive. Everything from the sauces, pastes, kroeung is made completely from scratch and just from a quick Google search on how to make Cambodian stuffed chicken wings, I am so impressed with the dedication the chef has to her craft. I ordered the combination plate which allowed me to sample a little bit of a lot of things and this is what I would recommend for anyone wanting to try! It is loaded with coconut chicken, sticky rice in banana leaves, homemade pickles; all this to say an excellent introduction to Cambodian cuisine. I also got the Noeum Banch Jhok which had this really rich savory broth and a heap of vegetables. Finally, I also got the flaky beef curry pastry which was also equally delicious. You really can't go wrong with anything you order here and I am counting the days until I can come back! The Cambodian food is so delicious and I have not found anything else that comes close in Seattle.I cannot say enough good things about how good the food is or how kind/ generous the owner is. The owner is so patient with explaining what goes into her food and you can just really tell the love and care she has for her customers. Please come out and support this amazing establishment!
