Changed to 5 Stars because the owner took the time to reply to my rating. And I think that makes up for whatever had me come with the 4 stars in the first place. It seems like in todays busy world. Customer Service has vanished and I'm constantly approached, greeted, or served with an attitude. The nicer I am and the more polite I am, only gets even worse service. And this is a trend in every city and county here....... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Subway:
The sandwich was tasty and the staff member was welcoming at this restaurant. However, I was disappointed when I tried to use a valid Subway coupon and was told by the employee that they were not accepted due to their manager's policy. I checked everywhere in and outside of the restaurant, but there was no indication that coupons were not allowed. It felt like a bait and switch situation to receive coupons from Subwa... Subway only deserves 2-3 stars... The wonderful employee making my sandwiches was (is) amazing: hence 4 Stars. She works super hard during a time where customer service is a key component. ...(note to the owner): please get this this girl some sharp knives. She deserves to cut bread like the pro that she is.. (No disrespect to any male employees who work at this location,,,, I only delt with this one employee). Again, the reason that this is not a 2-3 star review is because of your amazing employee.
Worse service ever, she took over 20 mins with only one costumer, refused to let me use the restroom saying that they don’t have one when they do, just a bad experience all around. Plenty people just got frustrated and left, and I’m definitely never coming back to this one
Well, I didn't even order anything. I tried to but Whitney, the woman helping me, was so impossibly rude I opted to take my business elsewhere. I wasn't actually going to complain because I ended up deciding that maybe she was having a bad day. However, After getting back to my job and telling my coworkers about the incident we all 3 realized we had similar incidents with the same worker. Coworkers who now go out of their way to eat subway at the nearby stores rather than having more interactions with this woman. I can tell you now...whoever the owner is...this woman is costing you business. Would love to talk to customer service about the actual incident.
Elderly lady seems VERY over worked. That I won’t hold her accountable for. Subway get your employee some help!!
