This store is inside the Fayetteville Pavilion inside TARGET. I walked up to the counter happy about getting my favorite beverage. I hadn't treated myself in a while. One rep was changing the trash, the other rep. was making tea for the only other customer in line. I stood there for 15mins. NEITHER EMPLOYEE EVER ACKNOWLEDGED ME. Never made eye contact or greeted me as I stood within 3 feet of them both. They saw me, looked past me but decided my business obviously wasn't of any concern. I think I was more than patient. I just walked out. I decided to write a review. Maybe they're management could use some better training or better train their staff. So unprofessional
I went into the Starbucks at the Fayetteville pavilion (Target store location)and the service was horrible. The person taking my order had an attitude and when I got outside and looked at my cup she put snarl as my name instead of the name that I gave her! I will definitely not patronize this location again!!!
I came in this store at 5pm when they close at 8pm and the young girl looked at me like I was lost and said we are closed. I said y’all close at 8, and she say oh well we had two call outs so..
