Project 7 Kitchen - Fayetteville

Delicious neighborhood gem in Fayetteville. Both the tomato soup lentil soup were full of freshness on a cool evening. Butter shrimp was incredible. However, shared plate concept needs to be implemented better we were instructed to order all at once our server would pace it out. However, all 5 dishes we we ordered landed within 5 minutes on our quite small table for two.

What a delightful surprise! We have had trouble finding good food at many restaurants in the area, but this one stood out with its excellent kitchen. Although the menu is limited, every dish we tried was absolutely delicious. The staff was fantastic, very knowledgeable about food and drinks. We will definitely be returning!

I recently stumbled upon Project 7 and I must say it is a hidden gem worth discovering. I highly recommend this restaurant! The atmosphere is edgy, the food is hip and delicious, the drinks are top-notch, and the service is excellent and professional. Project 7 is a step above anything else in town. I will definitely be returning every time I visit Fayetteville.
