Great Italian restaurant in down town Fayetteville! Amazing atmosphere, superb custom service (never had to ask for a refill), and the food is to die for especially the appetizers! Visited this place with a lot of hope. Service was good and the atmosphere promising. The food was dissapointly blah, the sauce for the pizza too sweet the portion of lasagna too small To drink, we asked for sparking water with lime slices which were brought promptly but were old, soggy, and brown on the edges. I ordered the fish dish with lemon sauce without pasta. The bread used to dip into the sauce. It was delicious.
I visited here first when I was moved to Fayetteville by a house fire in New Bern NC. Now that I'm back in New Bern, I returned to this restaurant for my birthday. The food is great. Some of the choices were no longer available and the owner explained the reasons for my partner.
The strongest old fashion cocktail on Hay St. Tiramisu and Canoli were delicious. Cocktails the strongest old fashion on Hay St. They didn't have LeBlon Rum for the Caiparinha, so they used Bacardi. Decent lasagna but big caprese and other entrees.
Casual atmosphere, the patrons enjoy cocktails, apps, and any other company. There is an outdoor area under cover to dine as well. The food was great, so tasteful. The menu offered a nice selection of appetizers, salads, entrees, desserts. The parts were plentiful. The service was a little slow (including drinks from the bar) side note that the drivers do not drink. Overall, our food was brought out in time. We (four adults) stayed in Pierros during our trip to Virginia. It was a nice break. Did I mention the parts??? They're huge! We look forward to our left.
My husband and really enjoy going to this place! The atmosphere is great and the service top notch!
