Mcalister's Deli - Fayetteville

Went here February 18, on a Friday evening with a few co- workers. This was my first time here. The food was great!! The price wasn't to bad at all. I ordered, the grilled chicken Caesar wrap, with spud chips and a sweet tea. What I didn't like, is the lady at the counter ask me what kind of chips I wanted with my meal. I told her, she didn't tell me they didn't have those chips until after I paid for my food, sat down and she brought my food to me. Which, I wish I would have known before hand and ended up having to have the sea salt chips instead.

Recently opened location. Food was good. We had to wait on food for a short time. Facility looked clean, but I saw no posted health department inspection grade. They were out of bread bowls. They were also unable to offer any sodas because they were out of CO2. I'm hoping with time, they will get their issues resolved.

Being gracious because they have very young people working and maybe it?s their 1st job. Took me 45 minutes to get Turkey club w/ broccoli cheese soup. Of course everything had to be done over The soup was water the sandwich was ok but did not have the condiments I ordered. The manager never apologized and when I went back to the counter to inquire how much longer I was told my food was a remake and they had to get the customers that came in after me first. But the place was clean

The food is good. The service is not rude, but not overly friendly either. The wait time for a 6-inch sandwich and soup was 10 mins...a little long. The restaurant did not seem busy and they appeared to have sufficient staffing. The attendant didn't key my order in correctly. I paid for and received what she keyed, but was somewhat disappointed. I didn't bring to her attention. Otherwise, it's a quiet, clean restaurant. Go there. Form your own opinion. The food is at least worth a visit.

Such a great potential here! Really appreciate the place the food and the staff. First time I went there. it seems just just reopened and there are few Miss items but the test are just makes everything possible to compensate. Sarynity when telling me there was no creamer right the way found fresh milk for me to substitute the creamer. The other lady in the front super polite and sweet, the guys in the kitchen fast and the food was delicious. Honestly a little jewel I found. Guys count on my support the deli has the right concept for the business and great staff. Menu is precious
