Kfc Palmerston - Farrar

The staff was okay, not very friendly. Waiting times in business were long. I can only assume it was because the drive thru was very busy. Zinger Stacker Burger was hot and tasty, but it lacked salad and the Zinger sauce. Hot chips were slightly underboiled and minimal salt. Chicken Tenders were good and better the next day, served cold.

It's a takeaway shop so I wasn't expecting very good food. But the service was not to a ok standard with food often not being put into the meal and not getting what we ordered. Between the service, the quality of food and the price. I recommend just going somewhere else

Despite online order an hour before, still waited 20 minutes in store. Manager and staff complacent. 9 piece order turned out to include 4 wings and 3 drumsticks. Had we not already left Darwin, would have returned and requested a reasonable mix of pieces. Poorly run and managed store. Needs a corporate audit.

Would put -1 star if I could Ordered food though the kfc app then get a call from door dash saying they can’t do the order poor DoorDash guy isn’t getting paid because of their stuff around will be going to get my refund in cash as they tell me it will be refunded in 3 days on card yet they can take my money straight away. Not happy at all will NEVER buy again

Terrible. Can't get a simple order of 1 x 3 piece hot and spicy and one original. Both were original. Tasted bland, greasy. Horrible. Stay clear. Go hungry jacks. At least you get what you order.
