My wife and I love spending time with our granddaughter and we love ice cream. My wife loves her cones. Our granddaughter loves her hot fudge Sundays and I love her peanut butter milkshakes. And we love their ice cream cake. We've been happy with them for decades on our birthdays. Thank you DQ for the best quality of food.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! My sister and I went through the ride to order our 2 blizzards. My sister was not sure what she wanted, so she asked about the different types of blizzards to understand what she would best. My sister was very nice and remarkable when I asked questions. I guess as it took more than 5 seconds to decide, the worker was impatient and interrupted my sister and was rude. My sister asked if that makes sense to make sure that she was on the same side as she was? not quite sure what article she wanted to order. And the worker was just rude about it. I knew what I wanted, and then we went into the window to pay and get our food. When the window was closed after we had paid, we waited for the food we saw how they yoke around and throw ice cream together. Yes, they should not do that at work at least not directly in front of a customer, but this is not even the worst part of the service. We also heard that they were mocking my sister when she asked? Not OK. Do not mock your customers before them! TERRIBLE SERVICE and the food was okay. I've never felt a reason to write a bad criticism. This will definitely stop customers from coming back.

RUDE AND DISRESPEKTFUL. When I ordered, I wanted to explain what I wanted in my blizzard. (Brownie Dough vs. Brownie Pieces) I asked her if that makes sense to make sure I communicate what I wanted right. The girl just cut me off and said? Can I get you anything else? After I asked her several times if she understands what I wanted. (I had to ask several times because she wouldn't answer me) Then in the window I could hear all three ladies who mocked me and say? makes sense and laugh. Very rude. No one had name tags so I can't show who should be held responsible. We also arrived at 8:30 a.m. and the hours at the door said they were open until 10:00 a.m., there was no sign that the interior was closed and who was in the runway stared at me. In addition, I asked for extra fudge in my blizzard and I didn't get it.

Can't be better than a blizzard. I think prices too high and the service could be less friendly. Looks like she's running fast and sharing her kindness. Could be a better balance between the two

Incredibly slow. Waited in the drive through line for 30 minutes for them to tell me they don't have cherry milkshakes. Every other diary queen I have been to has the sweet cherry milkshakes and even online the website says you have them. The employees probably just didn't know how to make them. Very disappointed
