I called a command. the dame on the phone was very helpful and explained to me all specials in detail. when I arrived to get my order, the staff was friendly and quick helped me. while waiting for my lunch, two employees asked if I had waited. the kitchen staff worked hard to get orders. What User doesn't like about Pizza Hut:
absolutely the worst pizza hat on the planet. the people have complained about this place for several years and have not yet made any improvements. it is obvious that the manager does not give a hoot and the owner sleeps at the wheel. don't waste your time or your money. the place looks bad. take a hamburger instead. I placed a takeout order and the woman who answered the phone was very helpful and explained all the specials thoroughly. When I went to pick up my order, the staff was friendly and assisted me promptly. While waiting for my food, two employees checked in to see if I needed anything. The kitchen staff worked diligently to fulfill orders. I was extremely pleased with the atmosphere and the staff. The employees were incredibly friendly, attentive, and hardworking.
The pizza was delicious and the customer service was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and welcoming, creating a family-like atmosphere.
The service was average. The pizza was decent, not amazing but not terrible. Overall, it was just average with no standout qualities.
The service at this restaurant was extremely disappointing. I had to fetch my own drink even though I was the only customer in the establishment.
The service is subpar, the pizza is overly greasy, and the prices are exorbitant. They advertise one price but end up charging you more. It's best to steer clear of this place.
