They are okay, eating is generally good, but can be very slow. for example, wanted to order a small ice cone and waited 20 minutes in the drive-thru than there were only two other cars in the line.

The service was excellent at 2 different locations. The person wrote on a birthday cake for me at no cost. It was perfect and timely. Unfortunately, the MLK site has permanently closed. I went to the Farmington Store instead and there she wrote on the cake. I appreciated that.

I'm actually amazed at their malt making abilities. I'm happy they opened up before the usually chain restaurant hours and had been open since 8 am. I don't know what it is about the different service I receive from when males are in charge compared to women, but I'll take the women every time. Occasionally I have trouble with my orders when women are in charge but not all the time. I'm greeted swiftly and made sure my odder is correct prior to exiting the restaurant and this location isn't any different. I'm not sure on the ownership but kudos to your hiring of the crew I had the pleasure of encountered this morning They are an A-1 top notch crew!!
