Burger King - Farmingdale

Food is always hot and well prepared but it's a hit or miss with whom ever takes your order. The manager sometimes plays ordertaker and she's usually pretty miserable and rude.

The restaurant should update their hours on the app. It states that they are open until 3 am on Saturdays and Sundays, but when I arrived at 1 am, there was no one available to take orders. I rated the food, service, and atmosphere all as a 1 out of 5.

The food at this restaurant is delicious and served hot. The service is quick, but it can be a challenge to enter and exit the restaurant during busy traffic times. The takeout option is convenient for dinner, and the prices are affordable at $1-10 per person. The atmosphere is pleasant and the recommended dish is the Whopper. There is plenty of free parking available.

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They forgot some of my food and made a mistake on my order for a chicken sandwich without lettuce, which is why I ordered it that way. The food that was served was rotting and disgusting. It took nearly 10 minutes for them to bring out my order after I had placed it at the drive-thru. Additionally, the staff member who delivered my food seemed to have special needs. There was no receipt included in my bag, so I couldn't even prove that my order was incorrect. The manager of this establishment should be held accountable for the poor service. Service: Takeout.

What's not to like? Delicious burger, easy ordering through app. Always a good experience.
