Went back again tonight and the owner told us he now does tex-mex and would make us a sample platter. It started with a Mexican salad that was mostly cabbage in a taco shell bowl. I forgot the picture because it was eaten before I could. Then came the platter with a chimichanga and rice, cascadia, spring rolls, chicken wings, onion rings, chicken fingers and assorted dips. Also a couple chicken skewers. All very good. Still five stars. The owner has spent much time in the US so English is no problem.
