Contribute FeedbackPerkins restaurant has received mixed reviews from customers, with some citing issues such as long wait times, incorrect orders, and inconsistent service. Complaints also included sparsely prepared salads, lukewarm food, and slow service during peak hours. On a positive note, some customers praised specific servers for their exceptional service and positive attitude. Despite the downsides, many customers appreciated the 24/7 breakfast option, a wide selection of menu items, and the opportunity to dine indoors during the pandemic. Overall, Perkins seems to offer an average dining experience with both positive and negative aspects to consider when choosing to visit.
Was served 25 minutes ago, and they still have to come to our table to even ask about drinks. it took 55 minutes to get drinks from the time we sat, 30 minutes after our order. two ordered salmon and we have completed various sections. the good was good otherwise and reported the manager of the bad service and received 45% from the ticket.
More quality than your usual diner. prices are slightly higher. real cut of ham, big egg, quality hollandaise, big English muffin with my iron benedict. fruit was only melons, but they seemed freshly cut and good tasting. muffins seem a little smaller than in the past and seemed something on the pale side today. the area was very clean and well maintained, but is a little dated and worn. the employees were experienced, polite and efficient. booths are a little cramped, but are nicely separated with participants. the location is a little unpleasant to drive into the car.
I called a command to pick up and the woman I spoke with seemed to care no less about what I wanted. I have listed various things and one of them said that they were out today, which is not biggie after I was done everything she said, “okay sounds good” and nothing else. I had to ask how long it would be until it was finished and she told me 5 minutes, which I didn't seem long enough for everything I had ordered. she also did not ask for my name or phone number or any information. So I drive to the location and go to 10 minutes later and tell her I'm here for a pickup order. she looks at me and says: “It has not yet been put into play,” I go to the waiting area and she looks at me from the theke, says that two more elements I wanted them not to have today, so that I leave with an object. I told her she had told me about the phone and told her that she didn't even give up my order and I went out. she was dressed in manager clothes, so I would have expected a lot more professional than what I got, she also seemed like she was under the influence. She spoke very slowly and almost as she didn't know what was going on. I have always loved perkins, but I will not come back to this place when I will have the same person as a so-called manager. I will also add that the restaurant was not busy today. maybe 5 cars on the parking lot on the plot, so it is unlikely that it was distracted by others. be better perkins
Eating was good, long wait, but they are very short coworkers as this review there were 2 server and you have double duty as the hostess/check-out person. the manager came halfway through my meal to help host who is disappointing because she should know on the floor from the beginning that they are short workers when his busy breakfast time. I get that they have to do others, but also to help and support their task they manage. I would come back, only regretting that they are short workers, so they may need for the patient to the time.
I'm so glad to eat at a Perkins again. The ones in the Twin cities are going away fast. Had a splendid dinner the other night. Great manager too! Stay tuned, I will be visiting again soon!!
