Erbert And Gerberts - Fargo

I have given this store several opportunities to get it right. I think it is a mutual agreement that we will no longer be doing business together. My order was wrong again. They corrected it, but it was late from the time they said it would show up. The gentlemen bringing the corrected item, thought it important to tell me what I should expect when ordering instead of correcting their website or just simply apologizing. Thanks for the info but it was confirmation that I didn’t need to order from there again.

When I came here for the first time, they were out of a lot of food because there was a city center event. After the management found out, they contacted me to make it right. My next experience was much better. I could try something new here. Erbert and Gerbert's have unique sandwiches when I usually see. The #6 had many different flavors. If you go to Subway, maybe you don't know what's gonna be good with your sandwich. E

The food was very good. However the customer service was poor. I ordered a bowl of soup and lemonade. Later I decided to have a sandwich too. I was told that I could not get a sandwich unless I ordered soup with it. I pointed out that I had already ordered soup. I was told that this didn't count. I would just have to order another soup or I could not get a sandwich. I think this is a lousy policy and doesn't inspire me to ever go back. The employees appeared to be very cavalier in attitude about it with no real concern about customer service or to make any effort to come up with a solution. Probably won't go back and will probably talk to my friends about what happened here.

I miss Pizza Ranch! We moved away from any place that had them so that any chance we can visit during travel. Their crusts and variety of flavors are fantastic. Don't you see any pizza you like? Make an inquiry you get first dibs and the rest goes on the buffet! A good salad bar (they had a great spinach strawberry salad this visit) and chicken and other sides. The dessert pizza are great, even my children always ask for extra Alice. Besides, the staff is always friendly and super helpful. Well, it is worth visiting your time!
