We are a frequent guest at this store and often they know are similar order often as we arrive. We are a part of the rewards program and sometimes an upgrade or a free drink would be included. The Caffe mocha and the White chocolate mocha were excellent as usual, like a piece of heaven to get us going before we start the workday. View all feedback.

My daughter ordered, my granddaughter I a Carmel highrise mixed and banged coffee with ice cubes not mixed and no picked cream with drizzled Carmel. This is her and my granddaughter for the first time with Caribou coffee, which I always fry about her super disappointed as well as me. Said online that they close at 10pm. I went in there and asked if they were still open. They said they closed at 7pm. When I told the employee what was said online they just rolled their eyes and kept sweeping.
Friendly staff, love the big menu, the cheap macarons are surprisingly well done coming from a coffee chain. Love this location!
They go out of their way to make you the best coffee in the city of Fargo

This is her and my granddaughters first time having Caribou coffees which Ibrag about all the time their super disappointed as well as myself. She asked rhe gal doesn 't this have whipped cream Iguess she looked confused with the question. Never again will I get to thos location I wish there was an option for no stars cuzthe disappointment on my granddaughters face alone they don 't even deserve 1
Usually love Caribou but my visit on Saturday was not good. Stopped at the Caribou in Hornbachers Sat Dec 14th to buy a coffee and a gift certificate for a gift. Got there about 2pm so no where close to closing time , walked to courter to place order. There were 3 or 4 people standing behind counter so I patiently waited for someone to help me only to be told they were closedtil 245pm. What???!!! How do you just close in the middle of the day on a busy Saturday?? Needless to say that location will nolonger be getting my business.
