I visited the restaurant for lunch and recommend arriving before the busy lunch rush! I ordered a burger, mac and cheese, and a garnish sandwich. My friend praised the sandwich for its freshness and delicious sauce. The mac and cheese was exceptionally tasty and came with a crispy bread crust; I opted out of the additional bacon or chicken. Much improved menu, good place to go for a drink. On one occasion though the meal took half an hour to arrive, this seems a little too long given the place was half empty. If you're in a hurry, I don't recommend ordering food here. View all feedback.
We have lived in whiteley for 15 years and decided to go to lunch in parsons (because we have eaten there for many years we both had half a rotisserie chicken with shiny and chips (I have sworn my for maische! the food tasted excellent and we definitiw back
Outstanding service and extremely well organised pub set next to the Solent hotel and Lodge, this family, dog friendly pub is easy going with a basic small menu. The standout dish were the nachos, which were very generous. Our chicken and burger were a bit overdone and the brownie was ok, if they up their game on the mains and desserts, this would be 5 stars for all visitors. Very friendly and helpful staff and easy ordering system on app or staff by request especially useful for dietary requirements. Overall easy non fussy beautiful decor pub.
Great meal tonight, bacon and chicken salad, delicious. Half a roast chicken with bbq sauce, delicious. Highly recommend the bar and restaurant. Great atmosphere and food.
Great portions, good value for money, shame the smokers are allowed to sit right by the open door, so smoke drfts in to the restaurant.
Had a very pleasant and beautiful time at this place. the staff is very friendly and helpful. especially thanks to two of the most friendly employees kathryn and laura.
