Starbucks - Falls Church

I don't understand why peeps write reviews, say it's great, just give four stars. ahhhhh to everyone is own, but for me when it is perfect at point.

Not sure where one of the workers at this dieucks comes with their hire! drove to the window after the order and she looks at me like I was.

You know it's cold out there! Now I came for a medical mate, but they didn't have him. so I have the seasonal grande peppermint mocha. never.

My favorite Starbucks in the Annandale area. All drinks are spot on??????????????!!! I come here almost 3 times a week and they hardly ever miss. Only negative thing is they sometimes run out of oatmeal milk and they?ve been out of cinnamon dolce for a while now. ????

The only reason I go to Starbucks is to get a frothy cappuccino. I can?t make thick froth at home. The last 2 times I?ve been to this Starbucks they were unable to froth the milk so basically I paid cappuccino prices for a cup of coffee with hot milk. NOT a cappuccino. I won?t make that mistake a 3rd time. Avoid this Starbucks if you like foam!! The only reason I gave 3 stars is because the server tried really hard to get the milk to foam. She tries remaking the cappuccino twice. Still ended up with a simple cup of coffee with hot milk. It?s disgraceful that management hasn?t fixed this problem. As stated above this is the second time in about 2 weeks that I had this happen at this location.
