Mcdonald's - Falls Church

I forgot to order a drink, but I paid extra for syrup for my iced coffee.

I utilized the drive-thru service at this restaurant. The employee who took my order was excellent and friendly, even accommodating a late addition to my order. Additionally, my order was accurate, quick, and served hot. The employee at the food window was competent, but not as friendly as the one at the checkout counter.

I really enjoy the newly renovated McDonald's location. The only issue I had was that I ordered two hash browns and they only gave me one. Other than that small mistake, it was a good experience.

I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The burger bun was rubbery, the fries were cold and limp, and the chocolate shake had an excessive amount of chocolate syrup, making it undrinkable. It seemed like they filled the cup halfway with pure syrup. There must be some issues with this location.

The big breakfast and Bacon Egg Cheese McGriddle Meal and extra sandwich were great. hashbrowns were crispy. but as usual they always forget the small items. 2 Sausage Burrito Meal was missing even the bottled water that was supposed to go with my meal not there. Great for the big stuff but always forget the small things.
