We stopped here for lunch yesterday while waiting to head to the airport. Our meals were served quickly and were hot and delicious. The woman at the front counter demonstrated exceptional customer service, making us feel like valued customers. Additionally, they managed to handle a group of about 25 students who arrived at the same time, taking their orders and serving them within minutes. It was quite impressive! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Dairy Queen Grill Chill:
I just got home from my trip and received the completely wrong order. I noticed the incorrect drink size while picking it up and managed to correct that. However, instead of the large twibble rings I ordered, I got poutine, and instead of the mushroom cheeseburger, I received something smothered in spicy BBQ sauce with twibble rings. I've been through the Drive-Thru before. line always seems to move fast. they always have a big one for my dog?
Little pricey small onion rings, small pop and medium sundae was $13+. Service was good and the food was ok (small portions).
Great staff, didn't take long to get my food. And overall great experience.
Very well welcomed, served and allowed us to relax and have a family time. A nice place, little away from the city, but worth making a trip from Halifax for a quality time.
Just purchased the smallest Large Sundae I have ever purchased at any DQ in my life. When asked the employee X2 the response was, its in the right size cup .....
