Sarku Japan - Fairview Heights

I enjoy dining at this restaurant, where the portions are generous and the food is delicious. I always request extra shrimp or garnish on my plate, and I have never been disappointed. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so.

I am frustrated that this restaurant used to close at 8pm according to their signage and online information, but now they are closing at 6:58pm. This has happened multiple times in the past two weeks when I have visited the mall. Other employees from nearby stores have mentioned that this is a nightly occurrence. While other food vendors in the food court remain open until 8pm, this restaurant turns customers away and slowly cleans for the last hour of their supposed operating hours. They don't start closing up until after 8pm, but they refuse to make any food past 7pm (or in my case, past 6:58pm). Additionally, I am disappointed that they no longer offer free refills. If it is an issue with taking back the cup, they should consider giving customers a fresh cup instead. I believe they make enough profit from their meals to continue offering this service.

They were supposed to open at 11 but weren't open till 11:30 and took like 25 minutes to cook the food horrible service don't recommend

Went in to grab rolls for my wife's birthday. I'd delivered through Uber Eats in the past, so I decided to risk it all and try them for dinner for our getaway.It was a Hit!!! I picked up some old favorites, but explored new options as well. She loved everything. We'll definitely be back.
