We arrived at the restaurant around 11:45. We were promptly seated and our waitress Joanna was friendly and attentive. We ordered the Brezel appetizer for my boyfriend's son. We ordered two portions and shared them. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. View all feedback.

We waited an hour for our food when it came out, it was soggy and cold. When we mentioned it, they sent a new one. The new one came out immediately and was soggy again. I was visiting for the holidays and had just landed when I realized how hungry I was. I decided to go to my favorite childhood restaurant. Our server, Cal, was incredibly efficient and brought out our food quickly, which was much appreciated. His friendly and upbeat personality brightened my day, and I will definitely request him as my server again in the future!
Great place to eat in Penfield. Fast service and great food. Generous portions on top of the salads. Highly recommend. I enjoyed the Classic Caesar Chicken Salad but this time I went with the classic Caesar shrimp salad.

I understand if you are busy, but customers come first and if a customer wants to talk to you, don't take it rude to improve your business.
Do not try to order from this restaurant. We have tried to place online orders twice in the last two weekends. When we start the order, the website says that the order will be ready in 20 minutes. But after the order, along with the credit card information, the website says that online order is disabled. It also says calling the restaurant, but the staff does not answer the phone when they are busy. I can understand that there are times when the kitchen of the restaurant works maximum and cannot accommodate orders, but I don't understand why the online ordering system is not completely deactivated in these periods. My time is too valuable if my order is accepted.
We had a great lunch. Wings, gator tots and a steak sandwich.Hostess was great. Server was great.Food served quickly. Thank you
