Meokja Meokja Korean Bbq - Fairfax

Have had Korean bbq a lot in my life and this place was exceptional. The service was great and fast. The music was good, but the food was awesome. The banchan was fresh and the meats were marinated well and were super fresh. Also tried the seafood pancake and it was the best I’ve had in the USA.Food: 5/5

Meokja is one of, if not the best, k bbq place to go to around the area. Their choices can be pricy but what you get are very high quality cuts of meats that melt in your mouth. The place is relatively small inside so expect some wait time when you arrive. They do not offer all you can eat, and its more of a quality over quantity kind of place. They give corn cheese, steamed egg, and bean soup as complimentary dishes, and they are great. Overall a great place to go if you want some quality bbq!

Right when you walk in through the front doors, you can sense how elite this restaurant is. The meat quality is amazing, and the taste is incredible. The servers are always very nice and friendly. The wait may be long, but is always well worth it.Food: 5/5

Worth the wait. They've taken the classic Korean bbq experience to a higher level. Food is very good and the service is attentive and of course they cook at your table. Music and the crowd were pleasant and harmonized to create a great experience.Food: 5/5

This is the best Korean BBQ place in the town, considering the price. Best bang for the bucks. Lines are always long, and they don't take reservation. Sometimes, they take your name over the phone for the waiting list. Other times, they don't offer that. During my last visit, the place was a little warm during the summer days, but hopefully, they resolve that before the next visit.
