JINYA Ramen, bravo to you all! Absolutely delicious food and wonderful atmosphere vibe! We didn't try the Ramen, but it looked marvelous! The outdoor tables are shared, but there isn't cooking outdoors and you aren't being imposed upon by other patrons. The fire on the rocks is an absolutely lovely addition to the impeccable atmosphere. Indoor dining is extremely clean, restrooms are impeccable and the staff are all... View all feedback.
Let me start by admitting, I have never been a fan of Ramen. Selecting Pho over it any day. However, Jinya has changed that. Their rich soup broth, uses bones and aromatics to make a base for noodles and topping. For a little bit of extra oomph I recommend asking for seasoned egg and a side of ramen seasoning and hot sauce to flavor to taste. These enhance the broth, giving the broth a savory taste unlike other broth.
First visit for a combined birthday dinner with my cousin. She highly recommended this place and I am so glad we went! We came in at 930/945, and then our appetizer came out 15 minutes after. We got the squid fried dough balls which had the perfect crispy crunch. Then our respective ramen bowls were so great with the egg cooked just right. And for our birthday, Mike surprised us with little scoops of ice cream and a candle plus a caramel custard in a glass for my partner. Just WOW! Such fresh food, filling portions, and attentive service (thanks, Mike)! Can?t wait to return on my next trip up here. Thanks!!!
We came here for a weekend lunch, and there were plenty of seats available. The restaurant had a nice vibe and was spacious. The ramen was not particularly authentic, but they were pretty good hot noodle soup for a cold day. The chicken karaage (fried chicken) was delicious. The cauliflower was just so so. Overall, it?s a nice place for people around the neighborhood for a casual meal.

The fire on the rocks is an absolutely lovely addition to the impeccable atmosphere. Indoor dining is extremely clean, restrooms are impeccable and the staff are all in uniform. Service could use a bit more friendliness as well as greeting of customers, but I'm certain the professional attentive, hands on management will address this slight issue.
Very cool vibe, we went around 9pm. The weather was perfect so we sat outside. Despite there being a lot of people out that night there was plenty of seating and we didn't have to wait. Lets get into this food... The appetizers came out fairly quick and were delicious. When it was time to order our server Nathan gave great recommendations and excellent service. The ramen was sooo good, even on a hot day. I was able to add and remove toppings from my bowl and essentially create my own. The broth was delicious and the protein was cooked to perfection. Perfect spot for a last minute date night or a dinner with your best girls. Will definitely be going back when I visit the mosaic district.
