We like coming here. It’s not a cheap place, so our visits usually are celebratory. We find that the food (well, everything that we tried) and the service are really good. The atmosphere and food is great here, the service experience today was not good. Our server was Danny, we got seated right at 11:45 AM and he took our drink order and brought us some rolls. He didn’t come back for almost 20 minutes to take our order, we actually had to flag him down ourselves. He didn’t apologize for the delay. What a great restuarant! The food is absolutely delicious. The crabcakes were tender, flaky, full of flavor. The sandwich buns are unlike any I have ever ate. And their ice cream...homemade and so rich. Way better than anything you buy at the store. Our waiter was very pleasant. Definitely a must-go!
Friendly staff , amazing delicious menu at a mode rest price a must try for the Bubble squeak ice cream for dessert , atmosphere charming , walk to front door a small hike but great exercise best of all meet friendly people along the way ! We went to Artie's for our 21st Wedding Anniversary. The service was great and the food was excellent. Artie's has been one of our favorite places. The bone in Blackend Prime Rib and Crab Cakes are top notch !!!
Can't say one bad thing! We got there near 9pm. Seated right away. Drink order right after that. Waiter noticed our interest in the boat decor and brought us a book about the collection. Food came quickly, hot, and perfectly portioned. We had pecan crusted trout and grilled chicken with brown butter sauce. It tasted great and we ate every morsel. Highly recommend!
Food,Staff,Atmosphere is beyond 5 stars! That French toast melts in your mouth, no need for syrup. Chicken waffles on point to perfection..need this in upstate NY!!
