I've been coming here since they opened way back when. I always get my useual, their egg rolls with they mouth watering sauce (I always ask for more sauce because it's that good) and they never disappoint. There was one time they gave me raw egg rolls when they first opened up, probably because they didn't have any cooking oil left, but this was like 8 years ago , and it was still easily worth it. Some of the best Thais in town. In any case, recommend the pad Siam. It's delicious and great. Crab-Rangoon is dying. Customer service is always great.
This little place surprised us. The sweet lady who leads it does not speak much English, but she was able to take orders and cook some great food.
I love Spicy Thai! Because I'm close, I'm coming here at least a few times a month. I'm always happy with the food I order. The portions are usually large enough for two portions, and the meals are delicious and authentic. This is a family-run, local restaurant that makes good food at *very* fair prices for Fairbanks. I can't recommend it enough! Anyone who works there loves to make food and share it with the locals. They are sweet and generous people. Only last week I accidentally grabbed my Thai tea cup too hard, and it spilled everywhere. They helped me clean up and gave me a new cup of tea for free. My personal favorites are Pad Kee Mou, Pad Kra Paw, Panang Curry (the red curry is also very tasty), and the crab krangoon. Do not forget to get Thai tea, it is very good. Order your Thai meal hot if you like spices; it is a decent kick and works great with the flavors. Sawasdee Spicy Thai! Give these guys a shot if you ever search the Richardson for a bite to eat; they are after an exit.
Good affordable take Thai food. Moo's is my favorite Thai takes out in the region. The Thai Spicy is quite weak from Fairbank's standards. Total value.
Delightful owners, very helpful with ordering. Off the beaten path and well worth the trip.
