I came here a little suspicious of strip mall Thai food in Alaska, but was thoroughly blown away by the portions and the awesome flavors of this food. We ordered the chive dumplings as an app and those were just ok. The pad si ew as a dish was awesome. The highlight being the really fresh slightly chewy noodles. We also ordered the green curry. This was some of the best curry I’ve ever had. Spicy and complex flavors... View all feedback.
What Joël Siegrist doesn't like about Siam Square:
Had a great meal with workmates so returned on Sunday. There was only one couple waiting on a meal. It was our lunch break we anticipated a relatively quick dining experience. Nope. Other tables filled up and after 30 minutes, only one of us had a meal. We watched the other diners receive meals and after 45 minutes, we just left. Very disappointed. We'll be finding another Thai place to eat. View all feedback.
That is very nice little thai restaurant. Eating is very good. I couldn't find another place in fairbanks, so I looked up in google and found this place. first it was difficult to find the main door of this restaurant. actually the entrance in the building. I ordered food from here and it was so delicious and spicy that I ordered from here the next night. both evenings I ordered drunken noodles. the lady who manages and orders the customers is also very polite.
That is my onkels favorit Thai place, and he lived in fairbanks related his whole life. he brought curry from here to his sister's house and more slender and it was really good. I ordered the dry pho ente and it was amazing. huge part. recognizable aromen. they are open in the midst of a snowstorm when many other places are close.
Her pad z ew and bbq lemongrass chicken. the food was good. Thanks for staying open during the holidays.
I came here a little suspicious of stripe mall thai eating in alaska, but was blown away by the portions and the fantastic aromes from this eating. we ordered the chive knödel as app and they were just ok. the pad si ew as a court was great. the highlight is the really fresh slightly chewing noodles. we also ordered the green curry. this was a part of the best curry I ever had. spicy and complex aromen, which tasted so fresh. I have to get back to this little Thai place in fairbanks.
I have been to every Thai restaurant in Fairbanks. Siam square is the best by far. All the dishes are delicious! To me Eddie is not just a cook but an excellent chef. I wholeheartedly recommend Siam Square.
