Red Lantern Steak Spirits - Fairbanks

Excellent service!! Our food was pretty good too. The quality of the halibut was top-notch, though the crispy breading was a bit on the thick side for my taste. The reindeer curry/stew was tasty, but over salted. I just poured in some water, then the flavor was perfect. The french dip was great with good quality beef bread, however, the au juice was on the salty side as well. The prices were a bit steep, however that is to be expected in a hotel restaurant.

We sat down quickly but had to wait 10 20 minutes between being acknowledged getting drinks getting entrees paying for bill. The food and drinks weren’t worth the price. I got a salmon glacier salad. The salad was good but the salmon was over seasoned.

I've been eating at Red Lantern for years and they're never disappointed. From server to meals. Whether I drink with a friend or in a conference room. Top Notch food and service.

Have had two meals thus far during my stay. Very impressed with both. Staff was great. Would recommend to anyone.

Crab Mac n cheese was great. Great salad, and the lava cake was delicious. I should have had ice cream to balance it out.
