The staff did not use gloves while preparing the pizza. While they were polite, that doesn’t excuse the inadequate food safety practices. There needs to be more structure in their preparation process. View all feedback.
I tried to order a problem because my card is not linked to a US-tiper code. I called to order the charge, explained that I had an order number, but, was dismissed rudely and by a guy who just said, call pizza hut and order through her. wild. if they are so unprofessional for customers on the phone, they imagine what they do with their pizza.
Well that sealed the deal. My order: papadia with pineapple, cheese, and tomatoes What I received: papadia with extra sauce, no cheese,no tomatoes, pineapple, and a giant green pepper on one side. The other side had a hair. NOPE!
Nothing but the best. John is a super manager. You really know how to go beyond and beyond, and that says a lot for a simple pizza connection.
So work shift work, ordered my pizza for 645... 715, started calling shop for 30 minutes. I want to cancel my order, but...
Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo. Order missing four items. Now I have to ask for a refund and waste more time. Booooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo
