Miguel's Authentic Mexican - Fairbanks

Salsa was good, the fired tomatoes have a good taste. asada fajitas were good and perfect serving for 1. the loaded comminuted nachos were stacked and the big was more than enough for 1 person. the restaurant was clean and the staff was very polite. the prices were great.

Nice little place. Small dining room. Very clean ladies' rest. Eating is good, not great. Portions are good. French Pommes should die! My daughter has a free roasted ice cream on his birthday. Sopa pillas are flat, with cinnamon and sugar and honey. With some whipped cream. Served on a 10 or so inch plate and cut like a pizza. Kid friendly. High chairs and booster seats. I recommend this place.

I take back all the bad things I've said in the past. Three times I'm here and I got up and went because the service was slow and that was also moderate. But today the salsa was great and the service was great and I had the best onion rings I ever had. My friend had a steak and it was cooked to perfection. I had the Chili Relleno could use a little more spices to my taste, but overall very good. I will revisit this restaurant on my list of restaurants

It's a nice establishment but the plating for the food is kinda shabby, i ordered the burrito manuelito it food wasn't all too flavorful it looked microwaved with a dollop of sourcream on it. I had to ask for hot sauce to get some kind of flavor on there. On a different note everyone was very nice and polite service was WONDERFUL. I felt welcomed and happy. While I wouldn't come here on repeat occasion it's nice to hang out and talk with friends and/or family.
