I feel like the best place about this business is the owner. He makes the food taste delicious. The service is great and pet friendly. I always feel welcomed and loved by the traditional ambience. It is great to come here as a part of the community.

I only wish this restaurant fulfilled my expectations. It certainly did not. I was skeptical about trying it as a friend of mine had a truly poor customer service experience with them not long after they 1st opened. I convinced this friend to give it another shot, hoping things were different. We live right around the corner and thought great to have the convenience of a walkable restaurant. We walked in at dinner time, warmly greeted, got seated promptly...hmmmm, I thought, so far so good! All we wanted was a pizza! We sat down, but it took a while for menus to be placed at our table. Even took a while to place our order for 1 large pizza with simple toppings. Once we ordered, we waited 35 minutes, maybe longer. This is not a large restaurant and people were finishing their meals and leaving at this point. Maybe they had a lot of to-go orders, I don 't know. With the amount of time that went by, we figured this pizza was probably going to be pretty burned Actually it tasted a tad undercooked didn 't burst with flavors either. We both agreed it tasted like a supermarket frozen pizza. We were also unaware it was a wine-tasting night for the restaurant we think that is what threw off the service. Maybe too many things going on at one time. Only a guess, just to be fair. We did not participate in the wine tasting. We were checked on periodically, got an apology for the delay, heard 5 more minutes ... then more than 10 minutes go by FINALLY, I had to speak up ask....Where 's our pizza??? We even had to ask for napkins and silverware after the pizza arrived. Oh, and not to mention the putrid smell that wafted through the restaurant like a backed-up sewer. Maybe they were having restroom problems but it was gross. I didn 't even want to ask never heard a mention of it!! To summarize, the staff was nice but lacked organization the pizza sucked!! We ate it because we were hungry.I highly doubt we will ever patronize this restaurant again unless the 3rd time IS a charm. For now, won 't be back!!

I wanted to like this place because it’s so convenient but it’s terrible. Bland food, slow service, fountain machine is always “down”, half of the menu isn’t available, etc. I gave them another shot thinking they can’t possibly have bad pizza. Well, I was wrong. I would have rather just made a frozen pizza. There was so much flour, undercooked dough, and barely any sauce. No seasoning or taste at all. I ate a few saltine crackers instead. Don’t waste your time or money.

Really nice charming NEW Restaurant in Ranco Santa Fe, fresh food and really nice for togo orders.

They just don't belong in the restaurant business. Everyone in the area was hoping that this restaurant would work out, but you need good food, good service to keep people coming back. The bright lights and signs all over the front doors and windows make it a very tacky place.
