I recently hosted my sister's birthday party in the banquet room. While I still enjoy this restaurant, I found the service in the dining area to be lacking. Our appetizers were served cold, and we had to wait quite a while for the next course. The grilled vegetables arrived only after all the meat had already been finished. This place is absolutely disgusting! It was dark and dreary and looked nothing like the photos online. My daughters and I had reservations for massages and facials today and walked out without getting services because they had overbooked and could not provide what we had paid for. Not relaxing at all. Very loud and extremely packed. Very dark and not spacious. Small jacuzzi packed saunas packed all of the rooms. Not comfortable. The massage was good but the rest was just uncomfortable. There should be signs to lower the tone. People there are so loud and have no consideration for those that just want to rest and relax. It?s a spa! Not a place to talk loud
On the plus side their services and amenities are very high quality, super clean, temperature controlled pool and staff was very helpful. There was trash left in the lockers from previous clients. The food was very overpriced.
Exceptional service and really good vibes. I got a shiatsu massage followed by a full body scrub with Sue and she was wonderful. I really enjoyed the saunas, hot tub, and pool. My friend and I ordered food, drinks, and appetizers, and everything was delicious!
Terrible. Just came back from there 5 min ago. Can't believe I wasted 100$ for me and my husband. We chose this place for our anniversary celebrations. Unfortunately it was very dirty assuming genital hair as well as regular hair swimming around me in the water. Kids splashing, yelling in the pool, not too relaxing if that's what you are going for. We left not even after an hour or so. I was so excited to come here, but can't and won't reccomend.
