This location is great. The young man who was working the drive-thru was very polite, helpful, and was double checking all the orders before handing them out. Everything was made correctly, even customizations. My only complaint is the value verse cost, but that is not a reflection on this location. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Taco Time Nw:
I can't believe they put ketchup on a taco. One of the tacos was okay, but I had to throw the other one away because it was terrible. If they're called Taco Time, they should learn how to make a proper taco without ketchup. View all feedback.
Great restaurant, I am partial though. Love the food
Cheese wasn't warm enough to melt. The tater tots are under cooked both large and medium we got. Will not go back to his location. Root beer with vanilla came out as vanilla..... It was gross. The caffeine free coke with vanilla was just vanilla...
It is American style on Mexican food.. its not traditional at all buy tasty no less. Its fresh everyday. I used to work here. The owners are nice. Keep a clean kitchen.
Someone needs to inform the woman with the pink hair to be more patient with customers. I have a developmentally disabled adult who specifically requests to go to that taco time. It has become consistent for me to witness him being treated disrespectfully. Sometimes he has difficulty ordering, sometimes he doesn't want to order at all, sometimes he orders too much food, and sometimes he orders the wrong food. Lately, he has been receiving abrupt and unfriendly service, and when he makes a mistake, he is not allowed to change his order, overcharged, or given the wrong food. During our last visit, I was struggling to help him order first, and I noticed the worker with the pink hair giving us a dirty look when he resisted. I do not appreciate receiving attitude from your staff when our order is messed up so frequently. I have never seen clean tables in your store, and we always have to clean them ourselves. Most of the time, the store is empty, so there is no excuse for the tables not being clean. Although I have never brought up these issues to management before, if you continue to show no tolerance to someone who is struggling, I will not tolerate staff who are being paid to do a job. Keep your attitude in check, clean your tables, and make sure you get orders right. If my client makes a mistake with his order, do not tell him it's too late and the burritos have already been made. He is developmentally disabled, so keep your attitudes to yourself. Additionally, please instruct your staff to stop making inappropriate comments loudly in the restaurant, such as saying someone shoot me already. I am appalled by the conversations I hear your staff having at a high volume, not caring that people are dining. Hearing anything related to guns or shooting is especially inappropriate at this time. Given that my client received a rude look simply because he needed more time to order, this behavior is unacceptable and must end. This is not Taco Bell, and I expect better from taco time, particularly considering the prices.
Why would anyone put ketchup on a taco? One taco was decent, but the other was so bad that I had to throw it away. If you're going to call yourself "Taco Time," you should at least know how to make a proper taco. No ketchup should ever be involved.
