There are not many Italian restaurants that still make a good dish of clams with linguini. This restaurant does, along with delicious risotto and many other options. They have a great wine selection and their pizza is very good, although we usually order it to go. It's a fantastic place! View all feedback.
This restaurant serves delicious, authentic, traditional Italian cuisine. The cacio e pepe is the best I've had in this country. The pizzas are similar to those in Rome. The service is outstanding and they now offer a lunch service. They also have one of the few dog-friendly patios in Evanston. The only downside is that they close early.
This is my favorite Italian restaurant in Evanston. The food is always delicious, especially the grilled calamari, Cacio e Pepe, and carbonara. The service is consistently good as well.

I had a fantastic Tuesday evening at Trattoria D.O.C. with no complaints. Around 6 o'clock, there were only about 2 other tables filled inside the restaurant.
The food at this restaurant is consistently fresh! I particularly enjoy the salads and the pizza! The service is always top-notch with a friendly staff. It's a fantastic spot to dine with loved ones and enjoy delicious food.
