Lydia Co. consistently prepares my drinks just the way I like them. It's so refreshing to get exactly what I pay for each time. In contrast, the nearby Dieucks are always hit or miss, and unfortunately, customers still end up paying for drinks that don't taste as they should. View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Starbucks Coffee:
My teenager ordered two mocha cookie crumb Frappuccinos—one was white mocha and the other was regular mocha. The barista at 1 PM was really rude and mistakenly gave my daughter a white mocha Frappuccino. When my daughter pointed out that it was not what she had ordered and asked for it to be fixed, the barista reacted negatively, insisting that my daughter was mistaken and implying that it wasn't the barista's proble... Very poor costume service. if people do not want to work, they do not come to work and are unhappy. there was a guy with a sticky name berry (sometimes so)young, dark hair very rough.
Bought some stuff at target and I went over to Starbucks to get some change for a $20 to catch my bus home and they apparently don’t “have or give change” as well last time I come here
Store is located inside a Target and is generally clean and well maintained. However some of the staff don't seem to understand the concept/requirement of wearing a face mask that covers both the nose and mouth area and instead have the face mask only over the mouth. And one employee was fidgeting with his face mask, frequently touching and adjusting it but neither covering his nose with the mask nor washing his hands after.

When my daughter pointed out that it was not what she had ordered and asked for it to be fixed, the barista reacted negatively, insisting that my daughter was mistaken and implying that it wasn't the barista's problem. Later, we realized that the Frappuccino didn't even contain white mocha; it was just a standard coffee Frappuccino. My daughter is really upset, and so am I. We feel discriminated against because of our Latina skin tone; if we had been white, we believe the barista would have fixed the mistake without any issue. The barista's behavior was very confusing and disappointing.
It was the worst experience I've ever had. A young man wearing a baseball cap mistakenly gave me an ice cream instead of an Americano. Unfortunately, I was in too much of a hurry to notice the mistake until I got home.
